Both .doc and PDF files will be accepted. Page limit: Regular papers should be 6 to 8 pages. Work-in-Progress papers, describing ongoing work, should be 4 to 6 pages. Please note that the camera-ready version will conform to the same guidelines as the submission. |

| 2. Attachment of the paper | ||
| Papers Can be submitted by Electronic Paper Submission system or Email attachment whatever you like . | ||

| If you would like to submit your papers through email attachment, please send to : registration@coemta.org (Due to lots of spam e-mail, Please don't use free email account like : yahoo, hotmail, gmail etc. Only official email address are valid eg : yourname@domainname) . We will not review and reply of papers coming from free email account . | ||
| Please prepare the manuscript according to the above guidelines. Once you upload your manuscript, you will be able to update it until the submission deadline. | ||
| 3. Register for the Conference | ||
| If your paper is accepted, you will be asked to register. Every authors must have to register before early registration deadline. | ||
| One registration covers two papers for those authors who have multiple papers accepted. Please go to the Registration page to register for the conference. | ||
| IMPORTANT: Your paper will not be included in the proceedings unless you have successfully registered | ||
| Accepted authors papers will be published in well known International Conference proceedings and Journals and Digital Library by conference publishing Services . All the accepted papers will be indexed by well known major indexing service . | ||
