- Registration fees include admittance to CoEMTA 2010 , lunches, coffee & snack breaks during conference, welcome reception.

- 2 Days tour program ( only transportant cost will be paid by conference organizer ) for sight seeing in main area .

- Registration is only confirmed when full payment is received.

| |
- FOR EACH ACCEPTED PAPER, at least one author must register . Completed registration is required for all accepted papers that are to be included in the conference proceedings.

- Students are requested to present a valid student ID upon collection of their conference kit on site.

Cancellation Policy : |

- Up to two weeks before event, full registration fees (minus handling charges)

- Up to one week before event, 80 % (minus
handling charges)
